The international fast money transfer system IntelliExpress was founded in Georgia in 2006. It is the first Georgian international money transfer system licensed in the European Union, Georgia, Ukraine, and other former Soviet Union countries.
Starting from Georgia, InteliExpress expanded its operations to Greece, followed by Italy, Cyprus, and Turkey, where the company operates through its own branch network. Through partner banks and financial systems, InteliExpress is now available in more than 70 countries worldwide, covering almost all continents and continuing to expand its network.

Through its extensive partner network, IntelliExpress has full coverage of Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova, the Philippines, Israel, Pakistan, India, Albania, and more than 50 other countries.

Path of development
Establishment of the company
Intellexpress was founded in Tbilisi and received a license from the National Bank of Georgia, which became the first significant milestone in the company's development.
Entering the international market
Intellexpress expanded into the international market and received a license from the Bank of Greece. In the same year, the first branches opened in Athens and Thessaloniki.
Integration with Global Compliance Systems
InteliExpress has joined international compliance systems - OFAC and Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, and has expanded its network in European and Asian countries.

Expansion in Great Britain
Intellexpress became an agent of an authorized payment institution in the UK, opened an office in London, and expanded its services to include currency conversion.
Expansion of the international network
IntelliExpress expanded its international network—opening its first own office in Italy (Bari), expanding its operations in Turkey, and launching a new service: "Ship Today, Pay Tomorrow.".
Mastercard-ის ძირითადი წევრობა
ინტელიექსპრესი გახდა პირველი არასაბანკო ფინანსური ინსტიტუტი საქართველოში, რომელმაც Mastercard-ის ძირითადი წევრის (Principal Member) სტატუსი მოიპოვა.
Expansion into the Asian market
Intellexpress received a license from the National Bank of Kazakhstan and expanded its payment network in Asian countries, including Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, and China.
„"Significant Payment System" status
Intellexpress opened a new branch in London and received "significant payment system" status from the National Bank of Ukraine.
