Can I find out the status of my shipment on the hotline?

Yes, to find out the status of a shipment, you need to provide the hotline operator with the shipment code and know the shipment details, for example: the sender's identity and the amount of the money.

What time does the Intelliexpress pawn shop close?

How do I find out the shipping fee?

To find out the transfer fee for a specific destination or country, contact us on our hotline or visit our branches. The operator will also provide you with detailed information on where and how the recipient can cash the money.

I received a notice that there is a package for me. What should I do?

If you are waiting for a transfer, the sender will contact you and provide a unique code, which will allow you to verify and receive the transfer.

If you are not expecting the message, it was likely sent by mistake. It's possible that the phone number was entered incorrectly and the message was sent to the wrong recipient.

What types of loans are available?

At IntelliExpress, you can take advantage of pawn and mortgage loans. A pawn loan is issued against collateral of gold and precious stones, while a mortgage loan is issued against real estate collateral for consumer or other purposes.

What document is required to receive the shipment? Can someone else receive my shipment?

A shipment can only be received by presenting an ID card or passport. Please note that you cannot collect the shipment with a driver's license.

If another person wishes to receive the shipment, this is only possible if they have a notarized power of attorney from the recipient.
